Welcome House and Community CareLink

Welcome House is an 80 bed men's sober living facility based out of Kansas City, Missouri that utilizes Community CareLink as their case management system of record. When Welcome House approached our team, they were clear that an off the shelf system was not going to work for their staff of case managers and clinicians. Instead, they needed a software system that would accommodate their unique programs and help them set a trajectory for where they wanted to take Welcome House in the future.
